Q.  How do I setup forwarding on my CSI Outlook account?

Q.  If I change my email password, does it change my Blackboard or MyCSI password?

A.  No.  Email and network passwords are synchronized, but Blackboard and MyCSI passwords are separate.

Q.  I need software installed in a classroom.  How do I request it from the Helpdesk?

A.  All software requests need to have a Software Request form submitted along with the software and licensing.  See our Software Request page for more information.
